I paid for a new one but got a reject (return) from some one else. Contacted manufacture and they seemed to be interested in helping but never did. When it did work it was not user friendly, I wish I could get my time back. I’m thinking a google tv is less expensive and more user friendly to display pictures?

Gifted this to my parents for Christmas. They love it and so does everyone who visits their house! I have a small one and debating getting the big one now.

I have it mounted on my wall and only have sunset pics on it

Very easy setup, the photo quality is very good, crisp and clear instructions are simple easy to follow. I do need to say that 2 family members have trouble with the link they have to use to send photos. I tend to think it's the products issue, not the people involved as they are pretty tech savvy. Other than that, others have no problem with sending photos.

I’ve bought several of these. My adult kids and their cousins love it because they can send pics to their grandparents easily. My dad doesn’t text and is losing his sight, he can’t focus on my mom’s phone. But he can see the Frameo Pics!! Caution on ordering - I bought two this Christmas. One came with the Frameo App. The other a different App. Exact same frame. We returned the oddball and ordered the Frameo version. Had no desire to use more than one app for the same thing.

We got this for my fiances grandfather. He had to go into assisted living and hated not being able to see all his pictures. We scanned and loaded them on this and he loves how it just cycles through. He will just watch it sometimes and remember the memories associated with the pictures.

This picture frame is a great modern innovation to add to any home for picture lovers. It can also serve as a fantastic gift for children or grandparents! The device is made of entirely of plastic, however the plastic does appear to be good quality. It would have been an added bonus if the frames can be changed out, which some competitors do offer. This is not a big issue though as the design does look great. The internal memory can hold up to 32gb and it supports numerous types of picture and video formats. The memory is expandable by another 32gb for a total of 64. There is also a ton of adjustments for photo slideshow playback as well as video playback. The built in speaker is okay, but it lacks the depth of high end smartphones or tablets. For the size though, this can be expected. It comes with a stand that is sturdy and should not break or tip the frame over easily. The auto rotation is also a great feature and works well, although it does take a second. On screen there is also various options to sleep, as well as widgets for weather and time which is very useful. The ability for remote control of the device is also a great addition. The biggest pro is the motion sensor so that the device is not always on. This sensor has worked flawlessly in both light and dark environments. However, if the room is very large, it may have trouble detecting presence of movement. The power cable is very long and thin. The thin wire does not appear to be very durable but it is a pro if hanging this on a wall as it becomes easier to hide.The Frameo app is one of the best in the industry. It is very easy to use and makes sharing to the device very easy for both family member and the owner of the device. However, the limit of 10 items at a time can be a bit annoying. However, it being an app, this could change or improve over time. The UI is amazing and it is very intuitive to use. After sharing pictures to the frame people using the frame can also send reactions back to the user who sent the photos, this is a very nice touch and adds to the connected feeling of this frame.There are only two cons. The first is minor and involves the screen being slow to respond to touch commands. The second con is more major. The screen is very low quality in terms of pixel density and for a screen of its size images are noticeably more pixelated. Compared to modern tablets this is far from it both in terms of resolution and colour vibrance and accuracy. This is a shame as some of the colours and clarity of modern smartphone camera images is lost once displayed on this device. Also, a built in alarm widget would be nice.Overall, a great quality picture frame that saves the clutter of having print pictures. The storage capacity is enough for most applications and the motion sensor and remote functions are convenient touches that add value to the device. The widgets are also a nice touch to have. The app is one of the best in the industry and makes sharing photos to the device very easy and fun. It keeps people connected with the reactions also. If resolution is not a huge deal for you, then this frame should not disappoint!
