The packaging was a plastic bag, for a hard plastic item it was not great, had chips in the top where it had been banged around. The metal spout is so thin and of such low quality the water pours out mid spout through holes in the cheap tubing. Waste of money for what looked like such a nice watering container.

I would never recommend this. It arrived broken with a missing mouth ! very disappointed/
