I moved to a new home and ordered these so that my toddler can't escape at night when we move him out of the crib. I finally had a chance to install them and unfortunately they don't seem to be compatible with all three doors. The door gaps aren't big enough to fit the part that screws in. I'm sad I cannot return them as moving takes forever and I'm now past the return date.Great concept though, I really wish they worked. Seem heavy duty.

This works very well as a privacy lock. I had a very hard time with the holes that I had drilled and wound up having to purchase different screws because the screws they sent did not match any of the drillbits that I have and I have a full set of drill bits with very small sizes to very large sizes, and, I drill the hole, slightly smaller expecting that the screws would catch and screw and all they did was strip. So I drilled the holes out the next size larger. Now the screws won’t rip grip. So I have had to purchase screws from Amazon a.m. And the first set of screws I purchased did not match the description and they were so small you think they were use for electronics. So I want to purchasing a second set of screws self tapping metal screws And I really hope these lines or I haven’t had a chance to check them out yet so be warned you will have a very hard time installing this device although it works well and he will probably gonna have to go out and do the same thing I did purchase more screws. And I am out of those people that believe that I made a purchase for a product that came with installation screws and I should not have had to spend any more money to install this product so I gave it a poor rating. Good luck.
