Very well made, good quality glass and a good size for batch straining. Easy to clean and feels solid quality as well as well finished. Comes well packed in a box. The container also doubles as a jug if you wished to use it that way.Price is about right for the quality. Certainly recommended.

Without any available discount or coupon at the time.I received this glass container to test, and I’ve been using it to strain bacon fat. The 1.5L capacity is perfect for storing the fat, and the fine mesh strainer works well to catch any leftover bits. The silicone base is a nice touch—it helps protect my countertops and adds a bit of stability when handling hot liquids.The glass is thinner than I expected, which makes me a little nervous, especially compared to thicker mason jars. But it works fine overall, and I can easily transition it from the fridge to the microwave without issues.Overall, it's a practical and useful container for my bacon fat and other kitchen tasks, though I wish the glass felt a bit sturdier.

I know this glass container is advertised as an oil or soy milk or nut milk strainer, but I ordered it for soup straining and to make large batches of matcha latte. I really like the large size of this container and the small sized mesh strainer however the glass seems a little on the thinner side and makes me nervous. It's not like a thick glass like you would see in mason jars. Still, it works as intended, the 1.5L size is great for families and I like that the glass can go from fridge to microwave without issues. The silicone base cover is appreciated since I can be a little unaware when I put heavy things down.

I needed and wanted an oil can that was not my grandmas sitting in my pantry something a tad bit nicer looking and I can see through to make sure it’s not full. Well this is just that. I’m glad I made this purchase. My husband fry food all the time and I’m glad he takes great use of this. It has the strainer already with it which is perfect! Love it

I filter and save my bacon grease to use in cooking, and this is a great way to do that. I actually wish it was a bit smaller, as I could just use it as the container I store the grease in in my fridge, but it takes up more space than I'd like and I never have that much saved grease. But since it won't remain full, I'm sure I'll find other uses for it.The one I received is not exactly as pictured, but I actually like it better. The spout is like that of a measuring cup, not like a teapot, as pictured (with a cover that can get lost). See my pictures.The glass is a bit thinner than I was expecting, but will get the job done. The filter itself is a VERY fine mesh -- metal with holes, not a wire screen, just as pictured in the listing. Given how fine it is, it will clog easily if you have a lot of things for it to filter, so in that case it would be best to use a less fine filter first to remove any large pieces. But the filter does hold a fair amount if you choose to just let it get partly clogged and filter slowly or if what you are filtering is thicker than hot grease and takes more time to run through. It has a lid so you can use it to store your grease or just cover it while the grease cools to make sure nothing drops in, The spout makes pouring easy. It does have measurement marks, so it can double as a measuring device, though I have not checked them for accuracy.It comes with a silicone bottom piece to protect what you set it down on from the heat of the grease and insure that if you put it on something too cold, it won't shatter (even borosilicate glass can when exposed to high temperature differentials).
