Decent quality, pretty much standard for spiral-bound folders like this. It's a very nice size, nearly perfect for organizing/presenting stuff for my work. My only (minor) complaint is that the plastic sleeves inside are a little hard to open, and trying to open them has resulted in crinkling that doesn't go away. At first, it seemed like they were just single sheet of clear plastic (with no pocket inside), but finally I got them to open – but not without wrinkling the plastic a little bit. And now those new imperfections are visible on several sheets, and I can't remove a page or reorder pages because it's spiral-bound. Perhaps a 3-hole binder-style mechanism would be better, as it would allow you to remove and rearrange the sheets. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

This portfolio was made for A4 format sheets and A4 sheets are narrower and longer than letter size ones. That said, letter size sheets do fit in this portfolio, it's a bit tight but it does work. I'm using this for printed sheet music and it's really nice. The cover is not super rigid but rigid enough so that it holds its shape on a music book stand. I love it.
