To get started:
1) Place your order on Amazon. A single "service unit" covers 50ft of film, the equivalent a 3 inch reel. You are welcome to mail in additional reels, for which we'll send an invoice after they have been digitized.

2) Ship your reels(s) to:

3) We'll be in touch when your tapes are ready. Standard processing time is about 10 business days, and we offer Rush Processing for an extra $3/50ft segment if you would like the tape processed in 2-3 business days.
4) Your MP4 files of your videos will be posted on our Google Drive and shared only with you free of charge for a month. The link will be sent to you via email.
5) If you would would like the reels returned, we offer two options
1. Economy Return Shipping for additional $5 + .50 for each additional reel. (for example: 1 reel $5.50, 3 reels $6.50)
2. Priority Return Shipping for $10 base + $1 per reel.
All media designated for recycling is retained for 30 days just in case.
