I bought this for my husband's old bike. It needs to go into storage during the winter so I thought this would be a good way to protect it. It's a very sturdy bag and the handles make it easy to carry. We also used it on a trip. It's a great way to transport a valuable (or sentimental, but delicate) bike.

Bought two of these and two wheel bags for traveling with our bikes: one for my XL mtn bike; one for my wife's 54cm gravel bike. Her's fit great without removing anything other than the wheels. Simply turned the bars so they were in line with the frame and the bike zipped right in.My XL mtn bike was having none of it. with the dropper post down and the bars turned, everything would fit except the rear derailleur. We weren't flying commercial so it was fine to leave that hanging out the back. The bag is made of durable nylon with a heavy zipper but there's absolutely no padding. The bags worked great for our travels to protect the bikes and keep everything else grease free. With no padding, I don't think I'd try checking a bike with the airlines or even trusting home movers to handle the bikes without beating them up. After our first trip, I did find a larger version of the bag which I'm hoping will better fit my mtn bike for future trips.

The bike bag looks pretty durable, it fit my Fuji Jari 2.5 (L frame). The bag and bike survived a domestic flight on Air Canada. As the instructions video, the handle bar and the front wheel had to be taken off. However, just because of how the pedals were protruding removed those as well.Pros:DurableFits a L frameCons:Pedals preferably removed.Because of the compartment to put the front wheel, the bag always seems like it want to tip over (and actually does) towards that side.

After its maiden trip in this bag, my bike arrived completely exposed because the zipper failed. I have been very lucky that I secured everything with tieraps or I would have lost parts for sure! The fabric is cheap and also failed on this trip.

The bike bag is a heavy material that will transport your bike safely in the car. However, I bought this bag with a lot of anxiety about putting my bike on a plane. I wanted to buy a nice bike box but didn’t want to spend the money. My second choice was to use a bike box from a store, but, the box was huge and I don’t know how I would’ve carried it, so I bought this bag.The bike bag arrived in a small box, and when I removed it, it was just a canvas bag. I had read reviews to add cardboard to line the inside of the bag.I had bubble wrap, extra clothes and my Camelback. I took my handlebars and pedals off and wrapped those then strapped the handlebars to the bike after wrapping the frame. I put the forks inside my Camelback for cushion, a piece of cardboard between the disc brake pads, and I used shrink wrap, which was key.I was not able to fit my bike, which was a medium frame with 29 inch wheels inside the bag without removing both tires and padded in between the tires in the bike frame, as well.*Remember to deflate your tires, as is usually required by the airlines and to bring the tools you used to remove the parts of the bike so you can reassemble it with ease.I also used used two straps on the outside of the bag to keep everything in place. My bike arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t have been happier. If I would have had a flight with a layover and had to change planes, I’m not sure I would have chosen to pack my bike in a bag, but I was so happy when I went to reassemble my bike, and everything worked perfectly.I had a choice of bringing my alloy or my carbon frame, and although the carbon frame was obviously lighter, I chose my alloy frame, because I thought it would be sturdier for the trip. There is a lot of room in the bag for packing material & it was 47 pounds after I added everything.I have a Specialized, alloy Stumpjumper, medium frame. I hope this review helps.

Estaba escéptico de comprar este producto por la calidad de los materiales pero la verdad es que resultó excelente. Viajé a EEUU con mi bici en ella sin ningún problema. Súper resistente y de excelente calidad, realmente la recomiendo…

I read the review and saw photos before I bought and I was hesitant. When it came though, it fit well, it performed well and felt ergonomic. This works for me!My bike is a size L Norco Sight ... it's a pretty big mountain bike. My only criticism is that one of my handlebars juts out a tiny bit at the end. Have to find a way around that and it is probably about how the rest of the bike sits in the bag.

Good quality. The only drawback is the fact that there are no side panels to re-enforce the bag. Added thick cardboard panels before the flight.
