Pump showed up 8 days late, in a badly damaged package. I own an automotive repair business, and the customer was from out of town and needed to get back to her family. I installed the pump, and it immediately started leaking. So I had to purchase another O-ring seal, and finally got it to stop leaking. The customer called me today (3 days after install) and said she had to take it to another shop because it started overheating. The water pump impellers all broke off (PLASTIC IMPELLERS, not metal like stated in description). So now I have to pay even more out of my pocket for a new pump and labor for another shop to install it. Absolutely unacceptable. Junk
