Very good, long and strong seat post.The post that came with my bicycle was too short, making riding difficult. This post fit the bill and wallet to fix the issue. It fit snuggly into the shaft of the bike frame and only required a few taps from a mallet to pop it into place. Once I put on the new seat zand tighten everything, it was good to go. The length guide on the side it nice to adjust the height of the seat to a comfortable length for your height preference.

I had a bit of issue getting right post width You acatall want a post width as wide as bike frame due to flair at end of seat post. Once got it in was great and seems to be strong and well made fit the seat just fine and even when I cracked it down seat post it didnt bend or crumple
