I received the box on schedule. Found the box had been opened and minor dents on box. I unpacked and the box works as I expected but nervous that it’s was a used item that had been returned.

My IPTV worked good with the Buzz 5 TV app. Some apps were hard to go around with the remote. The box itself was fast and reliable.

Isn't worth the money. Lucky if it will tape 1 show successfully. Made the mistake of pairing the remote with the TV. So now when I turn the TV off, the box also goes off and won't tape at all. I'm sending it back.

I had an issue with my unit but it had a very good streaming TV utility. Very fast processing.

Pvr and program recording is almost null and in primary video player there's a lot of freezing but on backup video player almost good but you can't backup forward and recording you can't do these on backup video player. Beautiful case but that's all is good. Not getting for the money's worth.April 10th 2024New revision of the BuzzTV X5 128 it did a good update. Now we can rewind fast-forward pause but still have hard time to record.

I bought this TV box thinking that it was in the same class as Nvidia shield...NOT...There were problems from the beginning in it's interface...Even after the update to software, it is not anywhere close to Nvidia. I kept the box thinking as time goes on future updates would take care of issues that still go on today.On a positive note, customer service was fantastic. I actually spoke on the phone to one of the producers and he was able to talk me through some issues I was having. Picture quality is excellent. The remote was functional. You can record live TV which is the biggest advantage of this TV box....The box works....for IPTV service I would recommend it....For anything else, buy an Nvidia shield.

By far it was the best investment for IPTV box. We used an app on Samsung smart tv. Always froze up. Now its just smooth as silk. Easy to handle. Even my 3.5 years old can handle the remote. Highly recommended!!! Definetely 5 STAR!!!!!!!
