Wonderful addition to my ceiling fans, I now know exactly which cord I'm pulling. No more guessing which is the light or the fan. A little pricey but definitely worth the investment, and they look really great too! Nicely made, highly recommend.

These two little chain light and fan controllers are very easy to install and they make it easy to tell the light pull from the fan pull-chain because the chains have ends that resemble a fan blade and a light bulb.

These make adjusting the speed on my ceiling fan a breeze ;=) Pun intended :=) I like the fact that one pull looks like a fan & the other is shaped like a light bulb, making it easy to distinguish between the two. Typically only the fan side is used, as it's in my garage & while I may not always need the fan, the light is on if I am out working on a project.

I grew up hating ceiling fan/light combinations because I would never, ever, select the right pull cord- it was like a USB, doesn't matter if you put it in the right side up the first time, you're wrong and you'll only have it correct after you flip it around twice. It would cause so much anxiety when I pulled the wrong one and had to figure out if the fan was slowing down or speeding up, often with that heart-wrenching wobble like it was about to fly off the ceiling... Anyway, we moved into a house last year where we have one of these ceiling fan/light combos in the sunroom, and we absolutely needed the fan to move moisture/heat around so it wasn't going to be removed. So I had the bright (haha) idea of finding something so I could differentiate between the cords in a meaningful way- lo and behold, these things were exactly what I wanted. Subtle enough that they don't stand out if you're not looking for them, and simple enough of a design that they go with anything, while simultaneously being so bold as if they were smacking you over the head with their purpose. They are perfect for me... And I get a kick out of anyone noticing them for the first time as they reach for a pull cord.

These fan pulls are so cute and seem very sturdy. We never have to worry that we are turning the fan or light on or off when not needed, now we clearly can see which string is for which function! Feels durable and just the right size. Perfect! Would be even better if it was a bit less expensive.
