Replaced the factory nozzle that was constantly clogging up (even with repeated rinsing) with this brass head. Works much better.

I've met 2 peoeple who were convinced the parts were the wrong size for their model of Chapin tank. Ill admit I couldn't get parts to fit at first...People usually mess up 1 of these 2 things .1 - Not Adding the little rubber ring/washers to various spots for various parts and tips.Hands down Chapin should have better instructions available (currently none available exception of a few pics on the box) changing nozzle tips, filters and sprayer parts.2- Not aware a specific order is often needed that isnt our natural tendency to attach parts in one direction piece by piece towards the end of the sprayer. For example to attrach a differdnt nozzle style say brass hollow cone to plastic fan tip, we need to unscrew a part put a part inside one and then re screw the part together, and then that part will finally fit the part it previously couldn't fit.The fan spray tips will only fit if they are inserted and press against a little rubber ring/washer. To my surprise, just by adding that tiny rubber washer part holding the washer and the fan tip now has a smaller end, small enough to not let the fan tip fall through the hole. Before anyone looking for the part that holds the fan tips would need a part with one end to let the tip fit in but not out the other side, that only happens when the washer is inserted and the hole gets a tiny bit smaller, enough change in size so the fan tip would fall through both ends of the part is now able to hold the fan tip inside against the newly added rubner washer. Then we screw on an end peiece that fits over end holding the fan tip and washer and we can visually see the rubber washer compress and squish out in a ring around the fan tip. If its not a nice even squish out it will leak. You need to set the washer flat against the fan tip and part holding it when you insert it and again adjust when adding the fan tip...its easy because although the washer will keep the fan tip inside its not tight until that part is installed at the end.But sadly order thar each part is used to reassemble with the fan tip does change for other styles of nozzle, like the straight stream plastic or the hollow cone brass tip.Why not have instructions for this available? A QR code on the box to a YouTube instructional video?A clear list to be certain if your sprayer model will work with these parts, because everyone who can't get the parts to fit quickly assumes the part isn't compatible with the model of sprayer they own.

Customer service was great. I had a question before I purchased it. They immediately responded. The part fitted my sprayer perfectly. I lost my little attachment and with the new part I had also the brass attachment and am able to use my sprayer again.Even better than before.
