I only got 1 fitting in a small zip tie bag stapled to the bottom of the Dorman package. So I got the return of someone who only needed 1 and shipped this back as an open package with 1 missing.

Haven't tried to install these yet, but the package does indeed come with two fittings. The product description is not clear on how many you get with the purchase of one product. On a 1.4 Cruze, you need one fittings for coolant supply line and one fitting for coolant return line.
