I have tried just about every mainstream gate (Sentry, Decimator G String, NS-1X, Zuul Mini etc) on the market and this is simply the best. It makes no sense because it doesn't have the clean tracking feature of the 4CM featured gates but it somehow does a much better job. By better I mean totally natural and unobtrusive. While at the same it cuts in and out at the perfect time with no odd attack or abrupt roll off.This is the only gate bar none that I can put in my FX loop and it allows me to roll back my guitar volume without constantly stuttering or eating my tone. It never does the stutter thing but always ramps up and down naturally.Awesome!

Cumple con lo que promete, los cortes no los hace tan rapido y hace que tu distorsion no se ahogue. El hiss lo oculta bien pero hay que procurar tener una buena fuente de alimentación para eliminar el mayor ruido posible, tampoco hace milagros.

I bought this unit because of the good reviews I've read, and because of the ability to silence only the higher frequency hiss instead of the whole signal. I have noisy pick ups on my bass and this lets me use the tweeters on my bass cabinet without a constant hiss. Works great.

De la qualité habituelle de Dunlop (MXR), je n'ai aucun problème. Son excellent, bonne suppression des bruits qui sont produite par l'électronique de la guitare ou par des autres pédales. Je réserve 5* pour le Noise Clamp, c'est pourquoi je la donne seulement une note de 4*.

This pedal is exactly what I was looking for. I've got a Hot Rodded Strat that screams in between notes. It was killing me to hear that on stage, also to have to keep turning my volume pot up and down was becoming a pain. This pedal can be left on all the time to cut the screaming feedback. I set it at about the 'one-o-clock' position that seems to work well for me. It can be used in conjunction with the force you put on the strings to give a cool swell effect too, play a little lighter and it won't 'pop-on/pop-off', it'll swell.
