The peat pellets are very narrow and are very tippy.As well, I don’t believe these are Jiffy brand they are Jiffy-esque, the quality of the peat is lower.

While they technically did the trick and allowed me to grow seedlings when water is added they expand up and not out so it's twice as tall as they are wide which made them constantly tip over. I had to arrange them to be very crowded to avoid tipping which made some get mouldy. They also did not fit in a standard seedling trayWould not purchase this product again.

They swell up more like little sausages so wont stand up on their own. taking forever to germinate so I cant tell how good they grow yet.

These peat pucks are taller and more slender than regular pucks causing them to tip and fall overThe worst thing is 2/3 of the first batch I used split and were coming apart-I have disposed of the rest and repurchased at local store
