I keep my watercolor paintings. I am learning, and keeping them lets me look back over time and note progress. But I use many sizes of paper, from small to large. After a while I realized that keeping tiny paintings in a much bigger portfolio was impractical. They slide all about the pocket nd sometimes fall out. Now I have a portfolio (or several) for each paper size. It looks better and works better. Taking care of your work, having it look nice in the portfolio isn't just for the most accomplished artists. It is important to respect your own work when you are learning. It motivates you to keep striving.

Easily half of my botanical paintings are on 5" x 7" watercolour paper. This book is perfect for protecting and preserving my pieces while keeping them neat and tidy in one place. There are also larger sizes of these books available for larger watercolour paintings. I don't think they would work as well for acrylic or oil canvases but I can't say for certain as mine are stored in a bin, wrapped in individual 'jackets' that I sewed for them. :)

I am a lady who is apart of the "planner community" and within that society strickers, kits, planners and washi tape reside.
