Firecore FLR500C 16-Foot Dual Sided Grade Rod
The Firecore FLR500C 16-foot dual sided telescoping grade rod is a versatile tool that lends accuracy to a wide range of surveying and planning tasks. It also works as a tool where rotary lasers and detectors are used in measuring elevations.
The dimension on the rod is universal, allowing you to use it with any brand detector and detector bracket. One side of the rod features ft./in graduation with a white background, while the second side has ft./eighths graduation on a yellow background. This dual-side graduated is constructed of durable aluminum, and the leveling rod assures years of use in the toughest work environments.
Weather-Resistant Aluminum Construction
Firecore's 16 ft. telescoping leveling aluminum rods are made of a light and durable aluminum alloy. The anodized sections are imprinted with special weather resistant and corrosion resistant inks.
Bubble Level Enhances Precision
The grade rod comes with a bubble level to enhance the precision in leveling functions, helps users achieve accurate readings and greater efficiency when performing leveling field tasks.
Maximum Height Extended
Featuring a five section telescoping design that offer a maximum extended height of 16 feet for most common applications.
Wide Applications
This leveling rod's rectangular shape ensures easy handling as well as flush alignment with flat surfaces. Ideal for leveling with construction laser and optical surveying tools, can be used with AdirPro, Bosch, DEWALT, Topcon, Spectra, Johnson, Leica, Huepar universal rotary laser receiver/detector with rod clamp.
Telescoping Design
The FLR500C 16 ft. telescoping rod has 5 sections and reduces to 48 inches for easy transport and storage. Each rod section uses sturdy polycarbonate buttons that lock each section when extended.
Dulability
Firecore FLR500C survey rods are made of a durable 0.9mm thick aluminum alloy. The aluminium bottom of the rod is also protected by hard-wearing coating to be more resistant.

Joints weren't loose, hardly any flex when fully extended held horizontal- solid build.Only complaint is the included bullseye level just kind of slides into a slot and isn't very secure. I haven't lost it yet, but I'm aware it will happen eventually. And when level is dislodged it's hard to notice unless the sick is at a noticeable angle.4/5 stars- would recommend
