Easy to use and it save a lot of space compared to a normal lab power supply

Good product. I have not had a chance to use it productively but testing shows good.

I got the DC power supply - FNIRSI® DPS-150 Programmable DC supply with the 100watt power USB-C.Unfortunately the power supply went out after a week and about a month later the unit itself shorted out at 14 volts at 2 amps with a Bench stable supply providing 20V of input to the device limited at 3.5 amps. Internal diode clamped because of an inductive spike testing an ECU on the bench. Also the power mosfets where the heatsink transfer material is places also shorted out near where the input voltage comes in. It may be repairable but you have to buy the replacement AP50P04DF PDFN-8L chip on AliExpress and the D7 diode I can't find a datasheet on it. I guess I blew about 90$ just testing this thing out. I do like the display and the control via USB using PC software and datalogging the power use but with the internal components failing to hold less than 5 amps controlling a ecu and inductive spike of a single injector testing a mosfet on the ECU, this DC supply failed. If its a stable current it will do fine but with a fast changing current, it doesn't perform well unfortunately. It definitely needs input and output protection for use because once it shorts, it will pull full current on your DC supply. Needs a thermal reset fuse or an in rush current limiter on the input and output. I love the products, just not confident in the DC supply DPS-150 now for critical testing of other components.Update: I contacted FNIRSI and they refunded me. I posted up a video on my YouTube page for the engineers to see my thermal camera video and the problem it has. The chips inside don't have the greatest datasheets to be able to repair the unit and a protection diode also shorted out. I gave them five stars from my previous 2 starts because they worked with me to resolve the issue. My YouTube page is CLG Performance if anyone wants to see electronics repair videos and automotive repairs and the test of this product (very short video)

I’ve been using the Fnirsi digital power supply for a month now, and it’s been excellent for my LED projects. Its compact design makes it perfect for working in tight spaces. With the AC to DC adapter, I’m getting a solid 20.0V input and 5A output through the USB-C port. The interface is user-friendly.It only takes about 5 minutes to get the hang of it. There’s a button on the side that activates the power output, and the indicator lights turn on when it’s running. I also love how portable it is! I can power it using a 50,000 mAh power bank through the 12V port, which makes it incredibly convenient for on-the-go use.The PC software is available for download. The installation process is a bit quirky, but once installed, it runs smoothly without any issues.Overall, this is a fantastic product. Five out of five stars from me! Highly recommended for anyone working on electronics projects.

The description should make clear that it CANNOT provide its listed 30V maximum when using the PD power supply they sell bundled with it. Only about 19.98V is possible, presumably because PD power provides just over 20V. (Boost circuits do exist, but it seems they didn't bother.) Power adapters that deliver 32V are fairly rare. If I do need to buy one, it should cost only about what their reasonably nice GaN PD adapter added to the price. It was clear enough from the pictures that that adapter would offer only 100W, not the rated 150W of the supply. My current project requires only 12V and this unit saves a lot of space on my cluttered desk/workbench compared to most bench power supplies. When I set a 1A limit, it cut out consistently; running okay with limit at 1.2A, though the graph claims the max draw is only 0.959A. Probably some "real" electronics responding faster than the software. Wish you could set the graph to update faster than 0.1s. Not including the average for the displayed values is a missed opportunity. Haven't tried hooking this to my computer.

The build quality of this DC power supply is top notch. It is compact and convenient to use. Good value for money. The output this power supply is limited by the input voltage (USB PD 20v or 28v).
