this is my second and last gardena impulse sprinkler. these things are so fragile. my first one lost a spring and had to be replaced. this one shattered like cheap glass after a small drop on my patio stone.would give 1 star but like i said, it works until it doesn’t.

I ordered a brand new unit and then a day later I get delivered a used, rusty, piece of junk. What type of quality control is going on there? You should be very embarrassed sending me this. I really want to try this, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle again. How dare you. I would advise everyone to try something else. Not sure if is Gardena or Amazon is to blame.

After a few passes, this will reset itself because the metal stop lifts up and moves beyond the set parameters. For the amount of money spent, this was a useless purchase.

I ordered two of these for our lawn at our campsite, the distance is quite far and they are very easy to adjust. The metal spike to drive it into the ground is a must, it makes the sprinkler very sturdy. I would 100% recommend this and I would buy it again.

I have spent a lot of money over the years buying different types, makes and brands of water sprinklers. Until I purchased the Gardena 8135 almost a year and a half ago, I wondered why we could put a man on the moon but could not design a simple water sprinkler that worked effectively and efficiently. After using this sprinkler a couple times a week during two seasons now, I find that it is easy to operate, works as advertised, and is durable - amazing! Strongly recommended.

Gardena really makes great products and the interconnecting system saves so much time because you do not have to continually screw and unscrew the end of the hose to take off sprayers or sprinkler heads. I have 10 of their sprinklers and three spray guns and they work so well. I created my own sprinkler system above ground using their products. They make watering easy and understand what gardeners need to properly care for plants.

This little sprinkler works great! I have 5 acres with flower beds everywhere. I use different types of sprinklers depending on the area I want to sprinkle and this is one of my favorite sprinklers. I have several Gardena products and I would highly recommend this sprinkler. The adjustments for the area and type of spray are both super easy to use. I added the timer and I love that I can just turn the timer on and it will sprinkle for the time I choose between 1-120 minutes.

I think this is a better design than the average pulsating sprinkler. The range and rotation adjustments are very good and the coverage seemed more uniform than the others I've had. but I used it over the drought summer in Texas and then it broke. The swinging pulsator bar is held in place by a fairly thin alloy pin going into the plastic of the sprinkler body. That pin either sheared off or if it was bonded and the glue let go, not sure, and the thing is useless. Definitely not a screw that came loose that could be repaired. Could be just bad luck but other people report breakage so I won't buy another.
