It hasn't been even a month and the sprinkler has stopped rotating. Not worth the money. Do not buy. Too much money for a below average product. works very similar to the products in 1200 range, while this one costs 4000. Trust me, don't buy it. All hype, very poor quality.

The front of our house is a perennial garden, and for years we have used a standard width sprinkler to water it. I happened upon these narrow ones by accident when looking for a new back yard sprinkler.We live in a part of Canada that has dry, hot (and often humid) summers, so we do need to water frequently. The cost of our water bill increases annually. It always bothered me that when we watered the front garden, we also watered the sidewalk, our driveway and our neighbour's lawn.This sprinkler takes a few tries to get the width and range of water set, but once it is, is is great! Ours has been sitting in the same spot since we bought it in May, on a stone part at the top of our garden. In the picture, it is behind the middle flower pot with the red flowers in it. If you zoom in very closely, you can see the orange and black parts of the sprinkler behind that pot, at the bottom.We have had 3 EF- 0 to EF -1 tornadoes go through our part of the world in the last month (also something very new for us), and although our property was not hit directly, we certainly experienced extremely high winds, pounding rain and hail. This Gardena sprinkler is still where we placed it in May. I'm writing this in early August, 2023, and can attest that yes, it does stay where it is put!We have used Gardena products for years, so we were already very familiar with the quick connect/disconnect from our other watering tools. These are very good quality products and I certainly recommend this sprinkler if you want to target a specific area and not waste water.

Without a doubt, best sprinkler I have ever owned for area coverage. Being able to adjust the water flow side to side as well as forward and back for coverage is a bonus. Had a slight issue with the head not returning once it got to a certain spot. Called Gardena on a FRIDAY, they contacted me SATURDAY, confirmed after receiving a picture SUNDAY, and new sprinkler was shipped MONDAY. Outstanding customer service!

I generally like Gardena products as they are always high quality. The allowable adjustments on this sprinkler were perfect for my narrow and long backyard lawn. I am no longer wasting water on my stamped concrete pad beside the lawn and putting water onto the fence panels. Most of it is plastic so remember to store indoors when winter comes since freezing water inside it may expand and cause cracking/leaking. Expensive when compared to simpler sprinklers but putting water exactly where I want it is worth and saves on the water bill and environment in the long run.

I have a small patch of grass in my townhouse and wanted a sprinkler to maintain it. I looked at the ones my neighbors had, and didn't like how wasteful they appeared sprinkling beyond their fences on the concrete sidewalks and their siding. This little sprinkler was just the right solution!I can control pretty much exactly where and what I want watered... Easy to operate and set; well built with good weight so it doesn't tilt or move from where I positioned it.Very happy with it! Plus I also got a watering timer and I water twice a day for 15 minutes and can already see a difference in my yard after a week... Nice 👍

The product arrived in commercial package, not in the usual amazon brown box. That was surprising. The box was damaged, but the product was unharmed, at least nothing has shown up to be effected by the handling.I hooked it up easily putting the timer on the sprinkler/hose attach area, not the house to hose way.Easy can adjust to sprinkle my small senior duplex lot, and even the neighbours when I want to help their lawn.So far it works great, having used it for two weeks.I always buy Gardenia products, for the past 25 yrs. I broke the sprinkler I had used but if I had not done something wrong, it would still be working great after 20 yrs. I would recommend this brand anytime.

The tittle says it all. Selecting the area to be watered is both flexible, and a bit "mysterious", with no instructions on how to navigate the arrows and pictograms; however, the width is relatively easy to set (trial and wet errors), while the lenght and angle of travel takes quite a bit of experimentiing (trial and wetter errors). The weighed base is a nice, useful touch.I was expecting more metal fittings, and clear directions, but hey, at least they are still made in Germany.

Better than many sprinklers I have had. While it is all plastic it seems quite durable. It has good spray adjustability.

Llegó a tiempo, lo prepare para regar; hay que invertir un tiempo para ajustar, no trae instrucciones pero, es muy fácil jugar con los diferentes ajustes que trae para aprender como funcionan.Cumple su cometido perfectamente, esperemos que dure mucho tiempo.ACTUALIZACION: Para hace unos días (20 al 29 de julio 2022), he experimentado problemas, el sistema oscilante deja de trabajar, siempre en un solo lado, se requiere darle un toque pequeño y vuelve a funcionar, varias veces haciendo la oscilación completa, luego se vuelve a atorar.For Gardena people: lately I have experienced some problems with this Gardena Zoom Max, eventually it stops oscillating and need to give a little push in order to swing again, always stops on the same side (right as seen from the water inlet), so what ¿can I do to correct this problem?The water in this area is some hard, so please give me instructions to fix this problem.

Maybe I've been in self-isolation/quarantine too long, but was really looking forward to this sprinkler for my small, but oddly shaped townhouse yard. My 5 dollar plastic sprinkler was no longer cutting it, so I decided to splurge.It did not disappoint. Widely adjustable, looks well made and covers all the yard. Not much was supplied in the way of instructions, but it's pretty easy to figure out once you start it up.Very happy with the purchase.
