Overall a really nice unit with everything one could need. . . but - All of mine are in a box unused because I cannot get enough water pressure. There is a LOT of drag on the spin bearing for some reason and I cannot loosen it up. So the $5 sprinkler is out there doing the job. :(

I needed replacement heads for my garden sprinklers. I looked at how this product was rated and I am disappointed as this product was rated really high. The second time I turned the water on to water my garden one of the two sprinkler heads worked just fine but the second one failed misserably. I took a look at the sprinkler head and did not see where I needed to make any adjustments as the first time I used both of the Gilmore sprinklers they worked great. I have to say do not purchase this product. Make sure you look at all the comments before putting in your order.

i have had various similar products (mostly metal, some plastic) from the DIY stores, and find these Gilmour to be of superior quality. very easy to operate/adjust, and the kick-back spray is minimal compared to others - meaning you can put it in a corner with woods or concrete behind (on side and back), and you are spraying where you want, not everywhere else. only downside... i had to use an existing base to install them on. bought 2 of them. as with all sprinklers of this type - make sure you have a thick feeder hose (5/8") and good water pressure.
