I made a horrible mistake buying this pressure-washer. We have many Greenworks tools that use its 40v batteries (of which we have several) and I thought this pressure-washer used the same batteries. I could *swear* that I double-checked that before ordering it... But it DOES NOT use Greenworks 40v batteries! I only found out months later, when I opened the package and its battery would not fit in out existing Greenworks (40v) chargers -- too late to return it :-( :-(.I plan to use this pressure-washer to wash a travel trailer that is stored far from any electrical outlets, so need battery power to last long enough to wash the whole thing in one session. I planned to bring several of our existing 40v batteries with me, but obviously that won't work. The power washer comes with a single 24v (4Ah) battery, which I fear is NOT enough to do the job and I do NOT want to have to buy a whole NEW set of batteries.Why would a company that builds a HUGE line of tools, all on on 40v battery type, create a tool that uses a DIFFERENT battery?????UPDATE: I used it to clean the travel trailer. A "rush job" wash took about 12 gallons of water (which we had to carry to the site) and the 24v battery just *BARELY* lasted long enough. Not nearly enough "safety margin" to suit my tastes -- plus, it was NOT long enough to do a really thorough job. I may have to sell this and get the 40v version, so I can bring extra batteries (that work with all our other Greenworks garden tools)

I had enough sense to bring the battery in, but I left the gun in the garage after using it. I live in MN and water inside the gun froze. Luckily after recognizing my mistake, I brought it inside to thaw, and it worked without issue after that. I like using this to wash the salt off of my car in the winter. Using the soap spreader first, and then a gentle setting, it removes 95% of the mess. Battery life and power are both adequate. I recommend future versions to have a weight on the end of the water intake tube. I don't connect it directly to the hose as I'm worried about breaking the fragile plastic connector. My water source is a 5 gallon bucket, and I've zip-tied a 2.5 lb bench-press plate to the end of the water intake to keep it at the bottom.

This even works for "older" hands! Needed something simple to clean the sap off of our vehicles and to wash the windows on the house. It is not too heavy or cumbersome for old hands to work with but does a good job. The big power washers are just to difficult to handle. Easy to use and clean up. Battery could be a little stronger but after 45 minutes i am ready to quit and start anew another day anyway.

J'avais déjà plusieurs outils Greenworks et j'en suis satisfait. J'ai commandé ce nettoyeur haute pression car il me permet d'utiliser n'importe quelle source d'eau sans nécessairement avoir besoin d'un tuyau d'arrosage connecté au système d'eau potable. Nous avons un puits à la maison et au chalet donc ça nous permet d'économiser l'eau. Ma femme a nettoyé le tour de la piscine en utilisant l'eau de la piscine et ça fonctionnait très bien. Ce n'est pas aussi puissant qu'un nettoyeur branché à l'électricité mais c'est beaucoup plus polyvalent et facile d'utilisation parce qu'on a pas à gérer un fil en plus du tuyau et qu'on peut s'en servir vraiment n'importe où tant qu'on a une réserve d'eau à proximité.

Bought this in addition to their stick vacuum so that I would have a second battery for both items, as battery life is not long.With arthritis, the waterproof compartment is too long for me to easily grab the battery it comes with, to pull it out. Just not enough room. It would work if the battery had dimples or a ridge at the back large enough to grip with arthritic fingers. Sadly, it doesn’t. Too bad, because otherwise, it’s perfect!If it had the smaller battery that comes with their stick vac, it would also have worked. But when I called they said that battery is not available to buy individually. So disappointed, because otherwise, both tools are easy to use, not as heavy and unwieldy as larger, corded products. Ideal, in fact except for the battery removal. Sadly, I will be sending it back:((

Easy to assemble, and was looking forward to using this on the weekend, but after assembly and preparation, pulled the handle triggle and nothing but a "click". Now I guess we test the return/replace process. So far dissappointed, but know this can happen from time to time. UPDATE - exchange process is pretty straight forward - if the new one works, the stars will go up.

Took a chance on this unit understanding that it would not perform as well as my electric 1900 psi but very happy the result. Its especially useful at our cottage where you can just dip the water intake into the lake. Its beem great for cleaning boats, the deck and furniture.
