J'ai acheté 2 fois cet item, et les 2 fois, le récepteur à ressort dans le sol était manquant.Les vis sont de piètres qualités. J'ai cassé 2 vis en les serrant.

Seems nice and sturdy. Black finish scratches very easily however. Use a 3/4" bit (or 20mm metric) if drilling for a floor installation. Needed to expand holes slightly to fit M6 bolts.

Latch looks good. Feels solid. I ordered two but package arrived with screws for only one latch. Screws were silver. Not black to match hardware. After installation the black finish scrapped of the bolt instantly.

This is a heavy duty 304 stainless steel floor bolt latch. I really like the double supporting bolt holder. The 10" latch works perfecting securing my gate door to the floor. There is 6 inches when in the locked position that extends.Installed the dust cover all the way into the concrete and was able to extend the latch bolt fully while securing the housing above the very bottom of the door to making the lock stronger, than at the weakest point.The bolt also has a predrilled hole, if you want to add a padlock, to secure it in the locked or opened position.I do recommend this product
