We added a fence and gate-no small feat for unhandy people, and the final step was a gate fastener strong enough to keep the dog in, even with his boisterousness and our local heavy mountain valley winds. This does the trick! There were no complicated steps to take, just mark the drill holes and install.

There are total of 5 nail holes, but this package only comes with 4 as you can see in the video. The package has nothing in it so I had to come back to this product page to see what to do with the installation. One set is significantly longer, which goes through to the other side of the door. It needs to be drilled in since those are not screw. I wish I knew the whole design on the other side. I don't like the look. But it's a sturdy latch. Until I get a new fence + gate, this will do the work.

Took me no more than 10 minutes to put this up quality seems good working great so far we will see after one year refuse if this large holds up I was find these things work great for a few months but as weather exposure goes on these latches fall apart or warp let’s hope this does not happen so far so good
