We purchased 2 different brands and prefer the other... These are easy to install and latch well the only negative I have to say about these are they are much stiffer to unlatch... not as smooth. If you are installing these on a door that's used often you may get annoyed with the unlatching (especially if you have long nails ladies). I'm considering removing and switching to the other brand. FYI: The other brand Is Dwell+Good.

I installed these locks on the front, and back door to keep my little safe from traffic as we live on a busy street. The package came quick, and both locks were installed within ten minutes. The 3inch screws they send will work. I used my own 4 inch screws for more rigidity. The locks were solid with 2 screws in them, but I used four just to be safe. I definitely recommend these locks because they’re made of solid steel, and the method used to unlock them is decent. Not too tricky to get open at all.

My daughter is autistic and she doesn't know that she can't open doors to go outside or roam around the house at 5am by herself . so we got this lock because all our child locks kept breaking . it works amazing ! she can't reach it to figure out how to open it and now we can relax knowing she will be safe . honestly such an awesome lock and super easy to install.
