It’s reassuring to know that it’s 12 times stronger than a standard deadbolt, and the tamper-resistant design gives me extra confidence.One thing to keep in mind, though, is that over time, I’ve noticed it becomes a bit more difficult to unlock. Came with these long screws that makes it a lot stronger than what most companies will offer. The deeper the screw can go in, the harder it will be for someone to kick down your door. You might need to spray some WD40 in it, it doesn't turn that well, kinda makes noises when you try to close it. But other than that, great stuff, I am glad it came with you so that I can put it on the second entrance. Solid 4.5/5

It was easy to install these locks and are simple to use for adults but not for small children. Beware that it might be difficult to use if one has restricted mobility or arthritis in one's hands as it requires a little bit of effort to lift and pull back the lock once it has been engaged. Definitely recommend.

Bought these as a child proofing measure to help keep a child with autism from leaving the house unattended. They look nice and work better.We mounted them in the top of the door frame because there is a window along the side that prevented installation there (and it is even further out of reach.) They work just fine at the top of the door, but if you are installing them there ensure that you screw the lock in far enough from the door casing to allow room for the lock to stay open so you can close the door.
