My mother has a small city car, Toyota iQ 1.3 petrol and through infrequent use found the battery had died. This jump starter now lives in the car and is kept fully charged using the in car phone charger USB C.When the battery was flat this device was able to get it to immediately fire up, really impressive for it's size.Happy to recommend, you'll be grateful to have one in the car should you find yourself with a dead battery

Ich habe mir die Starthilfe-Powerbank geholt, nachdem diesen Winter ständig Probleme mit einer schwachen Batterie hatte. Leider war meine eigene Batterie inzwischen ausgetauscht, aber wir haben das Gerät bei einem Bekannten getestet – und es funktioniert einwandfrei! Ich wünschte, ich hätte schon früher gewusst, dass es so etwas gibt.Das Teil macht einen soliden Eindruck, ist schwer und fühlt sich keineswegs billig an. Besonders überrascht hat mich, wie kompakt es ist – alleine im Vergleich zu einfachen Überbrückungskabeln spart es schon eine Menge Platz. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass es als normale Powerbank genutzt werden kann, was ich erst später entdeckt habe. Die Powerbank bleibt fest in meinem Auto, dass ist klar!Für mich ein echter Mehrwert und eine klare Empfehlung!

Als "erfahrener" KFZ-Lenker weiß ich, wie unangenehm es sein kann, wenn die Batterie streikt. Umso erfreuter war ich, als ich die Möglichkeit bekam, dieses kompakte Starthilfegerät zu testen. Seit einigen Tagen habe ich es nun in meinem Wagen und muss sagen, es gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit.Das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck und liegt gut in der Hand. Die Verarbeitung scheint hochwertig zu sein, was bei einem Produkt dieser Art besonders wichtig ist. Die Bedienung ist denkbar einfach - selbst für jemanden wie mich, der nicht unbedingt technikaffin ist. Die beiliegende Anleitung ist klar und verständlich geschrieben, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet.Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich der eingebauten LED-Taschenlampe aussprechen. Sie ist überraschend hell und hat verschiedene Einstellungen, was sich als äußerst praktisch erweisen kann, wenn man in der Dunkelheit am Straßenrand steht.Was mich positiv überrascht hat, ist die Vielseitigkeit des Geräts. Nicht nur, dass es als Starthilfe dient, man kann damit auch das Mobiltelefon oder andere USB-Geräte aufladen, es handelt sich also um eine Powerbank. Das macht es zu einem wahren Allrounder für unterwegs.Glücklicherweise musste ich die Starthilfe-Funktion noch nicht in einer echten Notsituation einsetzen. Allerdings habe ich sie bei einer schwachen Batterie unseres Zweitwagens getestet. Das Gerät hat seine Aufgabe tadellos erfüllt und den Motor problemlos zum Leben erweckt.Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass dieses Starthilfegerät eine sinnvolle Anschaffung für jeden Autofahrer ist. Es bietet ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit und ist dabei noch vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Qualität und Funktionalität rechtfertigen meiner Meinung nach den Preis, der hier bei Amazon - je nach Angebotssituation - zwischen 40 und 60 Euro liegt.Das einzig Negative ist, dass sich der Anschluss für die beiden Ladpole so komisch auf der Seite des Gerätes befindet. Das hätte man etwas eleganter lösen können. I ordered the Portable 2000A Peak Car battery Jump Starter from the store HEMINGSON for emergency situations. I often hear people complain about battery issues during the harsh winter seasons and wanted to protect myself in case I ran into similar issues.It's easy to use and doesn't take up much space in the trunk.Included is a vinyl drawstring pouch for storing the jump starter, the unit itself plus the jumper cable, a charging cable and the user manual. The storage pouch oddly had a smell of fish which went away after letting it air out in the garage for a few days. Otherwise it was in good condition. The unit itself has some weight to it and feels durable compared to other similar style jump started I have tried. The manual is written in coherent English and is easy to follow.The flashlight function has 4 settings the first is a white continuous light which is bright and illuminates a fair amount of space where aimed and is especially helpful at night. The second and third setting is the same white light with a flashing setting and faster flashing setting. The fourth is the fastest flashing setting but with an golden coloured light. The flashlight is controlled by the power button and you have to toggle through all the settings to turn off the flashlight. The unit will power down on its own.Even though the unit was charged on arrival the recommendation is to fully charge it before the first use. I tend to charge it to it's full battery after every use.There is a set of blue lights on the base that lets you know how much battery life is left.The unit feels and looks well made. I dont' see any manufacturing defects. I think it is worth the price for some peace of mind and fulfills the functions. 5/5

I've had a jump starter like this for several years. I got to use it once or twice when I first got it, but then it sat for a while. I would charge it up before heading out on trips (every 3-4 months) for peace of mind, but I just didn't have any need for it.A year or so back my old one was put to use, and it didn't work. I wondered if the engine I was trying to start was just too big after we got it going with some heavy duty jumper cables attached to a large truck. I charged the device back up and set it aside. I came across another guy with a dead battery and it wouldn't work, but I wondered if his battery was just "too dead". I started doubting the one I had, so I got this one as a "backup" since it said it was rated for larger engines. I wondered how long it would be before I found someone with a dead battery. It's not uncommon for it to be a year or more between needing something like this so I was concerned about giving my review in a timely manner.Sure enough, a week or two after getting this the battery on my land cruiser died. I must have left something inside on for a week or two, as the battery was DEAD dead (the dash and interior lights wouldn't even come on, and no buzzer from a key in the ignition). I pulled out my old jumper box, and nothing. Not even a single click from the starter. I hooked this one up and it fired up the truck on the first try. Old one bad, new one good!One thing to note, this seems to start the vehicle but with a DEAD dead battery, my cruiser kept dying right after the circuitry in this sensed the engine was running and cut power (or maybe it just cuts power 30 seconds after being hooked up). In any event, I used this to start my cruiser several times trying to get enough charge on the battery for the alternator to take over, but only an hour or two on a wall power 12v battery charger got me over that hump. I don't blame the jumper for this issue, but it is something to keep in mind, and an argument for jumper cables running to a different vehicles battery.
