Les trous pour les doigts sont trop petits et le support au niveau du poignet est absent. Par contre, lorsque je les porte pour m’entraîner, je ne place pas mes doigts dans les trous et ça diminue la douleur causée dans la main. J’achèterais celles sans trous pour les doigts et avec un support pour le poignet si c’était à refaire.

I use these for flying trapeze and really like them. They fit well and my first pair lasted me over 3 years of weekly use. It covers most of the palm and the wrist strap fits comfortably. The strap is narrow so it doesn't get in the way of catching. I would recommend texturizing the grip (brushing it a little bit with a metal brush) before using it to make it less slippery.

I've been doing Xfit since before grips were used, back when you used to make them out of tape. When grips first came out, they were minimal in design and very lightweight. Very hard to find similar grips now and days but these are as close as I have been able to find. Just a thin leather strip with a nice strap. They fit really nice and tight but expect that they will stretch a bit and eventually form to my grip. Initially, these are just what I needed. We'll see how they hold up.

I bought these for weight lifting, I realize they say Gymnastics Hand Grips but they are perfect for weight lifting to. With wrist support and MINIMAL hand coverage. It is perfect!

Bought for daughter who does competitive gymnastics and the bars are hard in soft hands. These offer great comfort and extra grip whilst looking good and protecting her at the same time.They fit well and are good quality. Love the little carry bag idea too to keep the chalk off her gym gear.
