This is much less expensive than the Canon original, and screws on well and functions as needed.

This is a good lens hood and it fits snug. It most certainly does fit on in reverse as you can see.I don't know what an expensive one is supposed to feel like but this feels ok to me. It's hard plastic and does what its advertised to do. What more do you want? All?

I got a very good product here for much less then an OEM part... its a lens hood, it is meant to take a beating and not the lens... fit great right out of the box..

Works good! Note that this doesn't "click" the way Canon brand RF hoods do. Get it on the lens grooves and turn it with a bit of force until it locks into place. I didn't understand at first and thought it didn't work until I realized the differences. Their hood for the RF100-400mm is much better.

Doesn’t fit reversible, as advertised. Difficult to get lined up and locked in. Will do the job but not great quality.
