This is a nice unit, I bought it to actually blow metal flake for custom painting, so I've not tested it with abrasives. But I dont see anyone having an issue with it, it all fits up really good, and the inlet threads matched a quick-connect fitting I bought a Home Hardware; so no problems there. Price was right, and the aluminum canister threads on with a standard fitting so you can mix and match from other guns if your into that.. Good buy, consumes a fair bit of air though, if your going to be blasting your gonna need a good volume of air to run this thing, just blowing flake through it on my little pankake compressor just emptied the tank... anyhow I think it was worth it, its supposed to be able to shoot like high viscosity coatings like oil and stuff... I can see that ...good luck with your projects!
