Fits as it should and works as designed, however, it opens at a lower temp than OEM, resulting in check engine lights for the engine not warning properly. Might be good if you're racing, but not if you're stock.

Works great and installed just the same as OEM replacement. have yet to see temperatures reach that of OEM thermostat even on hot track days. Works better with mishimoto radiator and fans! would not recommend on stock subaru as it will take a long time to reach operating temperatures.

Installed very easily, has the WRX running nice and cool so far. Watched 3 cars overheat in a traffic jam, I didn't even get up to the mid point.Add: After about 3 months of having this installed, I have an additional piece of info to add. I would only recommend this for racing applications. For a daily driver I am having an issue with it tripping a CEL coding as engine collant temp too low. Alone it may be fine, but when paired with the grimspeed radiator it prevents the car from reaching correct operating temp in normal driving, especially highway with fairly low ambient temps (57 or so). Just a little extra info for those of you considering it. It still works exactly as it should, just not right for my application.
