Seems like a solid CL2 rated cable. Bought it to run to the back of the room through the basement. The cable is stiff and not easy to connect to a walk plate due to limited space in the electric box. Way easier to handle with a low voltage wall bracket. Fishing it through the external wall, full of insulation is not bad, but getting the loop behind the wall bracket is tough. You can fish it through a 1/2" hole if you temporarily slide the red rubber ring off. I did it while protecting the connector with poly film secured by electric tape. Its tight but it went through the 1/2 hole in the subfloor.Still need to finish my setup and move the subwoofer to the back wall. Will provide an update if experience any issues.

I replaced an existing 8m standard RCA with this cable and noticed a definite improvement in resolution / tightening of bass in my subwoofer (JL Audio e110) (heard standalone). It may give the impression of less bass because it's less flabby. I increased my sub setting slightly to compensate. Excellent and definitely recommended over a regular, unshielded cable if you have a decent sub.

I used the Monoprice 25-foot digital coaxial audio cable to connect a coaxial output of a USB-to-coaxial audio adapter to the coaxial input on my amplifier. I was completely satisfied with the result. So that you may avoid my mistakes, if you are working in tight spaces, be careful not to overcome the natural resistance of this cable to bending. Bending the cable back on itself breaks the insulation. According to what I have read, over time this will cause the transmission to deteriorate. (When the insulation breaks, one can feel the "give" when the insulation breaks.) I broke the first cable I bought (exact same product) by trying to pull a loop in the cable through an opening in the back of a cabinet. When researching how serious the damage was, I also learned that, for a coax cable to transmit signals efficiently, there is a minimum recommended distance between the points at the beginning of the turn in a coax cable to the end of the turn for transmission to be effective. The distance is a multiple of the thickness of the cable. From my observation, not forcing it to bend, achieves the minimum recommended distance.
