It was great until they decreased their storage capacity and increased their pricing!! 5GB to 0.5 thats such a huge drop! I will be throwing out my frame and my mothers. Such a waste of $200, so irritated by this company!

This frame is perfect for what I needed. Great picture quality, the app is easy to use, uploading is simple and you can quickly edit on the fly on the upload screen. I like that it plays short videos, too; although I did take a star off for needing a subscription to play videos longer than 15s, feels like a shameless cash grab.Overall very happy with the frame and free features it comes with.

This is exactly What I was looking for I wanted a picture frame that I could send pictures too for my parents that did not live close it is very easy to set up and very easy to add photos from the app you can also send an email to add a photo so this is great to share it with siblings or anyone else that could send the pictures right to the frame

Gifted this to my mom for Christmas last year so that she can have pictures of her grandkids on display, most who live far away. It's so easy to use and load new pictures for her, even from several provinces away. The pictures are beautiful and clear. Would definitely recommend, and we are looking at purchasing another one in the future.

With Covid and not being able to get together as a family, I got this frame for my parents so myself and my siblings could easily upload photos of our kids to it and keep them connected. The setup is a little clunky, but once it's up, it's as simple as setting up a shared Google Photo Album with whoever you want to be able to contribute.One issue I have been having is the Google Photos account occasionally becomes disconnected. I'm not sure if this is one Google's side or Nixplay's side, but you may find you need to go in and reconnect the account occasionally.The image quality is incredible, very sharp and clear. And the built in stand is great.

I am very happy with this purchase. It was worth reading many reviews to avoid problems other experienced with cheaper knock off brands of digital photo frames. This is a great quality product, easy to use app, and it looks great. Photos easily transition between landscape or portrait, settings are easy to adjust. I will likely purchase more of these from Nixplay.

I gave this picture frame as a gift to someone dear to me, and they absoloutely loved it. It is so easy to use and the image quality is great. It is so convenient to be able to create playlists and to add pictures on the go. It's really a great product and an amazing gift and would make anyone happy.

This was THE gift of 2020 for our family - we ended up gifting 4 of these to family members around North America so that we could share pictures to one another. So far everybody has been thrilled with their frame and we love being able to share our memories with eachother!3 MONTH UPDATE: everybody absolutely loves these frames - the quality is great and it is simple enough for somebody else to control the frame settings and playlist for less tech-savvy family members!

Over the past years I have purchased 3-4 frames from these people, it has 'always' arrived earlier than expected, the frame turns on and just works effortlessly, unfortunately the last frame I ordered was faulty, they refunded the money in full along with the shipping cost to return it.They kept in regular contact with me and nothing was a problem for them, I will always buy my frames from these people and nobody else, they are the best.
