Can't comment on longevity, but it works great and is much quieter than the fan it replaced which was on its way out. I recommend plugging it in and testing prior to installation as if you have any issues, it'll be a major pain to remove once you install it as you should seal around the pipe on both ends with a liquid gasket.

The blades would not spin in the housing. Poor manufacturing. I had to rebuild myself before using it on my furnace.

The part fit and is the correct one, however, after installing I got the dreaded electrical buzz of a seized fan. After taking it back out and inspecting I realised the fan motor assemley was put inside so cockeyed that the fan blades were stuck against the wall of the cylinder... Not having the time to wait for a new one I drilled a new mounting hole on the plate and assembled it correctly, but just a heads up to anyone else to check the fans for clipping BEFORE you install it.
