SEE PHOTOS1. Plastic bulbs and covers!2. These are NOT regular base bulbs. They have a tiny base with a regular base plastic cover.3. The bulbs themselves are poorly made - many of them are crooked and difficult to screw into the base.They work and are really bright. I would not buy these again.

I just bought my second set of these string lights. My first set made it through two years of direct exposure to the weather and two harsh Canadian winters. Lots of temps below -20. The wire and the bulbs were frequently encased in ice. It was still working great when I accidentally cut through the wire with my pruning shears. They look cheap. They come put of the box in an impossible knot. The wire is very, very thin. The thinnest wire I have ever seen on lighting, especially outdoor lighting. I was careful when mounting the lights to make sure they had enoungh support. I don't think these would have lasted as long if they were swinging in the wind. My favorite thing about these lights is the beautiful warm color. They work really well with the electronic dimmer I bought too. I often have them turned down to 10-20%. They put out just enough light to find my way around the house at night without making my property look like an amusement park or used car lot.

When I first got these, I loved the. Easy to hang up, the bulbs were plastic so not easily broken, they looked great. ThenâŚit came time to change a burnt out bulb. The link they offered to replacement bulbs is wrong. When I finally thought Iâd found suitable replacements and purchased them, wasnât I surprised that the plastic bulbs cones out without the filament. The filament should unscrew separately. But it just breaks off, in some cases the light stopped working because it just fell out. Now try getting that out. And the replacement bulbs donât fit.These are disposable light strings that will end up in the landfill. And you wonât know until itâs too late to return them!Be warned. Donât buy these!

After 2 weeks of being installed, 1/3 of the strand stopped working. We checked out the wiring, the bulbs. Nothing could changethe problem. Not happy, these were for our wedding.

We just love our lights and hope to buy more later on. They light up the backyard so nice. Very good quality, well constructed and so far no water has gotten into any of the bulbs. A great purchase.

So, I dunno if itâs what we have plugged in (we just have an extension cord plugged to screw in bulb adapter outside our side door and another barn shade lamp) or what⌠but Iâm buying two replacement fuses (plug indicates 125v fuse 5a max) and seeing if that fixes it. If it does great but if fuses keep blowing out Iâm sadly gonna have to return this and get something locally from Home Depot or harbor freight. Kind of disappointed.Worked great the first day. Second day no.UPDATE; replaced the fuse (and it does come with a spare fuse in a non conductive slot right next to where the live fuse would be, which I didnât notice as I thought this plug uses two) and I used the one got fresh from Home Depot⌠and then all EXCEPT one light was not working; unscrewed and it was burnt and smelled it.. the string light set did come with a spare bulb so I put that in and screwed it in tight. Works great!Now how long this will stay lit? I dunno but these use fortunately a c7 base and I got some shorter candelabra led bulb with the same size so itâs replaceable but damned if one starts popping day by day or month etc.. Iâm not sure what to do either get a warranty replacement or compensation towards better recognizable brand bulbs again at a retail store.

This is nice lighting for our new deck gazebo. While the outside cover of the bulb is shatterproof, I can't say the same for the inside. As we were initially hanging, one fell and the LED inner bulb shattered. Took needlenose pliers to remove. Wasn't expecting to use the spare bulb so soon. Took some searching, bit found additional spare LED bulbs and got them ordered as backup.

Hung these lights and all functioned just fine. Seem to be of decent quality and am happy with the result. The only issue that I foresee is replacement bulbs. These bulbs will not last forever and I cannot find any replacement bulbs. This isn't a true E26 base bulb as the bulb itself is a bi-pin with the outer plastic cover being E26. These will probably be throw-aways because of this. The seller gave a link in answer to a question about replacement bulbs but they are not available...... Feel there was a tad bit of dishonesty going on here.

These are amazing lights! They are a good length and wrap around the perimeter of my fence brightening up my backyard very nicely! Great for creating a wonderful summer night ambiance. They were so easy to install as every light has a little loop that you can hang securely on a nail. There was recently a storm with high winds and lots of rain and the lights still function as well as day 1 and there are no broken bulbs. The box includes 1 spare light, cable ties, and an extension cord which are helpful to set up, but I just used nails to hang the lights up and used a larger extension cord to reach my outlet. I love everything about these lights and would highly recommend.

Easy to install! The pack comes with tie wraps helping the process. The extension cable was very helpful. Iâm happy with 3ft apart setup in between the lights and the luminosity of the bulbs is just right. It has rained couple of times since we installed it and the waterproof packaging has shown no problem. Having one spare bulb and the cover gives me peace of mind that I donât need to look for fixes anytime soon. Weâre pleased with how it made our patio more cozy.** added later: While we are pleased with the product, we have already used the spare bulb and need to know where to purchase replacement bulbs. I'm adding photos here. Would be great to have the information added to the product page.
