The OX Pro Tuff Blade Tape Measure is designed to stand up to the rigors of jobsite, for multiple trades. The newly designed OX Tuff Blade has .02mm of nylon coating offering rigidity, durability, and safety. The width of the blade is 1 1/4" and offers a 10' stand out and 15' reach. The nylon coating also helps stop unwanted debris from entering the case while preventing the blade from splitting/breaking.

Product could be build with a heavier gage material to improve stability when trying to extend the tape it tends to fall on its own weight . Product could use a wider mouth to secure to corners while measuring facia from the ground. More stable material not as flemsy could be better suited for the price .

Magnetic tip is strong but counter productive as it is so heavy the blade falters and flops around like a geriatric carpenters you know what. Tape is also completely massive. I’ve had 35’ fat max’s for years and never had issues getting them in and out of my tape pouch on my framing bags. The ox 35’ is constantly getting stuck when I retrieve or return the tape from its pouch. Over all a negative experience.
