Be aware, yes they are much cheaper than the spa store but... The first one I used fell apart after only 6 months. The glue used to assemble the filter failed and all the pleats fell out. Not a great result. I usually get a year out of the ones from the spa manufacturer. These 2 will last about the same time but using 2x the material. I clean and inspect the filter when draining and cleaning the spa 4-6 times a year. Not sure if I'll buy this brand again.An update - after about a year of using these and replacing after 6 months, I have to say they are an inferior filter media. I was ready to forgive the first one that came apart as sometimes manufacturing errors happen from time to time. However, I don't think they filter very well. I will go with a brand name filter from my hot tub manufacturer that has Micro Ban treatment. There have been disappointing.
