This product shouldn't be allowed to be sold on here, the firmware is from 2012 and Broadcom doesn't have any newer firmware. Don't waste your money.

Works good but a few things - First, review the LSI 9267-8i manual and LSI SAS Software User Guide before buying this. If you're still interested, you should then salvage or buy a very cheap set of ATX case LED wiring because there are connectors on the card for activity and Raid alert/trouble. Without the alert LED you really may have no way of knowing there is ever a problem with your Raid. There is no battery backup included so you will want to buy a new LSI BBU09.The card runs a bit hot, consider adding a PCI fan-board next to it.
