This bean bag lap cushion is great. It’s wonderful for reading books and holding various devices. The hard top is good quality. It has a page holder attached and it also has a ridge to prop up a tablet, e-reader or a phone. It is also great for holding a laptop. The beanbag is comfortable and I don’t find that it makes me overheat when it is siting on my lap as it is quite light weight. The shape of the beanbag also allows you to angle the lap desk or sit it flat, whatever your preference. You can remove the bean bag from the hard top to spot clean it. I wouldn’t fully wet it as the “beans” are made from foam and I don’t think they would do too well if saturated with water. Overall, it is a nice, compact little lap desk. It is well made and quite useful to have around.

I originally got this lap desk for my kid, but now my husband and I use it just as much. My daughter loves it for reading and watching shows on her tablet, while I use it for propping up books, and my husband has even claimed it for his laptop. The bean bag base makes it super comfortable and stable no matter where we use it: on the couch, in bed, or even in the car. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and the soft fabric feels really nice. If you’re looking for a cozy, versatile stand the whole family can share, this one is a winner. The only con that I can think of is that it is a bit bulky, but it’s still compact for a bean bag lap desk.
