I was looking for a soft case because my dog like to hold his own leash and I didn't want it hitting his face and hurting him. This is exactly what I was looking for. I havnt had issues with the zip opening or having issues getting the bags out. The bags they give you are pretty basic good quality.

I had another one of these in the past and it was still in really good shape/didn't need to be replaced, but I wanted something a bit more fun (as the original was the plain black bag). I got excited when I saw the ones with the sparkles so I ordered it. After just a few days of use the design on the outside started to rub off so now it’s all splotchy looking. The bag itself on the inside was also put together a bit awkwardly and the inside lining isn’t smooth/there are seams that the bag roll gets caught up on when trying to replace. Ok overall but was expecting a bit more.

After breaking several hard plastic dog waste bag dispensers, I found this one and it has worked as a charm! It is a great concept and it actually works well. It is easy to open and place the refill bags, and also easy to use and carry. I am very happy with this product!

It's cute⭐, it fits our Lady⭐, but that's where it ends. The lack of rigidity makes it difficult to not only refill the bags, but to even get one out is a hassle. Then the cheap clip that came with it is now useless after the spring gave out. Currently searching for another one is why I'm here to slam this one.

Beware! The bag holder itself is cute & well made but it’s attached with a cheap plastic clip. Ours broke off & was lost within a week of receiving it.

Awesome little poop bag holder. It’s adorable! The size is small enough and still big enough. The clip is pretty strong too. We’ve always had issues with past clips on poop bag holders, but this one’s pretty sturdy.

I bought this because the plastic dog bag dispensers I always got kept breaking open when they fell on the floor or while out of dog walks. I had this for maybe a month or so and it’s already got a giant hole in the bottom. Since the material is woven, once a snag happens then it quickly unravels. Super disappointed as this was working fairly decently before the hole appeared. Love the zipper aspect though and that it’s soft. But the material seems kinda cheap. (July 26, 2019)**UPDATE** (May 25, 2020)I wanted to update my review a bit. I have two large dogs and the first time I bought this product I bought 2 of them. My first review (stayed above) was regarding one of the bag dispensers. Right after I ordered and received them my husband and I brought one of our dogs with us camping, while the other we left with my mother in law to look after. Our dog that came camping with us had his leash on him for the first 3 or so days and therefore his leash would drag on the ground if it wasn’t done up properly and unfortunately took a bit of a beating. While the material did fray, it lasted until just a couple days ago when I noticed the material had weakened and when a roll would get small enough (as in maybe there were 3-4 bags left on the roll) the roll would easily slip out. In contrast, our other dog still has this bag dispenser I bought almost a year ago and it’s still looking pretty good. I’ve added a star to my review because this product isn’t that bad. My husband and I absolutely hate the plastic dispensers that open by twisting. If they ever drop they always crack open and the bags spill every where and it’s just awful. These are great because they zipper shut. I will recommend.
