These filters are supposed to be replaced every few months. Disposable, not cleanable. They absorb oils and last long if no one has lotion on when entering hot tub. eventually fibres or fibers break loose and replacement is necessary.

It’s exactly like the branded Sundance pre-filter but, cheaper. What more do you need? A hot tub. Otherwise buying this would be useless.

The product works great, ships perfectly, it's a fine substitution. I think the price increased a bit though? Anyway, when I went to reorder, I thought the new price of $65 for two was too high and easily found cheaper elsewhere. No qualms about the item and service though.

I'm staying with original OEM filters from now on. I have bought other, non-Sundance filters in the past and they simply do not work as well as the originals from Sundace. These hold up well, and never seem to cause the "Flow" problem I have had from other filters, which cause the heater to stop working as well. Not sure if it is the material or density of copies, but the Sundance filters never cause problems as have copies. My last non-Sundance filter disintegrated in the spa in 6 weeks, and completely clogged the heating pump. Its Sundance filters all the way from now on. The price was good, and the shipping was fast, and I know they will fit and work perfectly.
