Screws appear to be good quality- however, I received 11 sets plus Allen key (which no one needs anymore) - not 12 sets as indicated. Not enough to warrant a return, but if I had needed the exact amount, would have been quite annoying

They work well. Good quality. Just wanted the insert to be longer. The screw is 1.25 inch, the insert is just slightly longer than 0.5 inch.

Amazon is using bags to ship items and this plastic case did not survive the trip. As the items inside are needed right away I cannot do a return but I am disappointed that the case is garbage. I understand wanting to cut down on cardboard boxes but some items really need the protection of the box. This is the 2nd item I have received where the packaging did not protect the item from damage and the other was returned.
