HEIKIO Tape Measure 10M (33FT), Double-Sided Metric and Inch Scale with Fractions, Retractable Measuring Tape with Double Stop Buttons and Magnetic HookThis is a heavy duty. Fantastic tape measure with clear markings in both centimeters and inches with fractional intervals. I love the magnetic tip which is a really useful. Well most tape measures and at 25 or 26 ft, having the longer 33 ft makes it versatile but obviously it would add a little bit more weight to the overall product. The tape measure has some heft but no worries, it's all good.

I was leery about this product as it wasn't a brand I am familiar with. Most of my tapes are Stanley or Luftkin.I was leery about this product as it wasn't a brand I am familiar with. Most of my tapes are Stanley or Luftkin. One test I did was to drop it from 2.5' (76cm) where we dropped it 10 times to see if it would break as I was concerned due to the hard plastic on the front. We saw no noticeable difference before or after. I also compared the measurements against a Luftkin tape as I’ve had one tape from China that did not have the right measurements for metric. They were off by several centimeters. This tape measured the same as a Luftkin. I prefer bright colors as they are easy to see, especially when cleaning up after a job.What I liked/features:1. Tape is smooth (coated) so extends and retracts easily from long distances2. Measurements are on both sides3. It has a two-sided tip4. Fractions are written out which is good for someone that does not use a tape often or most often uses metric5. Has both metric and imperial6. Has rubber cover for drops7. Survived drop test8. Locking mechanism locks wellWhat I didn't like1. Front is made of hard plastic which does not appear to be ABS. However, given the drop test, this is likely not to be a problem in regular temperatures.2. Locking mechanism is a little stiff. Could be problematic for arthritic handsOverall, I really like this tape measure and so far would recommend it. I can easily use this tape in my construction business.

Before I even opened the box, I could feel how heavy this tape measure was from HEIKIO. It is definitely bigger than any tape measure I have. It is also the longest at 33 feet/10 metres. This is one heavy duty tape measure in more ways than one.Aside from the fact it looks a bit cheap with the brand name, measurements and a few words on a sticker front and centre, the quality is good and seems sturdy. The outer case is made of rubber and comfortable to hold. The tape blade slides smoothly and is wide though I would prefer it to be a bit flatter. I like that it has the scale on both sides, and the hook works in either orientation. The hook is also magnetic.It has two stop buttons. The slide lock works well but needs some force to lock and to release. You can push the slide lock half way to hold the tape in place and then can easily release it if a full lock is not needed. The bottom stop button needs to be pressed to stop the tape from retracting, but is another option. The tape measure also has a metal belt clip and a wrist strap.Overall, this tape measure is heavy duty and heavy. This is meant and worth consideration for the serious DIY’er, but not for the average person that needs to hang a picture once in a while.

The tape measure is fairly decent. I bought it because I liked the dual side. Personally haven't found a use for it lol. Lock works fine, I don't let tape measures snap back in of twist the tape so mine is still decent without wrinkles in it. People frown when you have tape measures with fractions. I personally don't care. I can read either with or without it. I just like the looks of them.I might buy another for a spare.
