The tape it's self good but the width isonly 1 inch and after 7 feet long the tape breaks down very short reach

I love the ventilated case, going to help in the rainy seasons. Was expecting a heavy durable tape measure, got a plastic case tape measure. Going to keep it, as it still works, but not at all what was advertised.
