When the thermostat arrived i take it off the box the gasket falls off from the thermostat my old thermostat is ok I just want to change it because I want to do a sistem flush but the gasket is not fitting properly in the thermostat housing so I use my old one is working fine not happy with this product

This thermostat has a gasket O-ring that is too big for it. I found that out after I put everything together and it leaked really bad. Luckily, I saved the stock thermostat and used that O-ring, gasket, because that one was thicker and tighter than the one that comes with this thermostat.
