The baby has had a fascination with ball caps and seems to really enjoy this (and the other one we got). It fits nicely and seems comfortable enough...at least she doesn't get mad while wearing it.

Other reviews are correct when they say this hat is not made for infants. It’s way to big for a kid under 1 and my son has a big head haha

Love this hat so much! I am going to order at least another one. The fabric is soft but durable. The Velcro makes this hat easy to adjust to my little ones head. It took a minute for him to get used to it. He is only 8 months, but now that he is he grabs it himself and puts it on himself. I love the sky blue color, so far it matches everything. Navy blue will be the next one I buy, so he can match his Daddy's Yankee's hat. I've already washed it once because my little one threw it into a mud puddle and it came out looking just as new as I took it out of the package. In the end I am very happy and will be ordering another one soon. I love it so much I recommended it to my mommy group,

The visor is proportionally as long as normal adult baseball caps are, which is wonderful for dressing baby up to look like Dad and/or an NCIS agent, and it provides the best protection from the sun to precious little eyes. The one downside to that visor length is it invites the baby's flailing arms or swiveling head to knock the whole hat right off. But I still like it! Just understand usage scenarios: don't strap baby onto you facing TOWARDS you, and always be ready for little hands to pop the thing off at any random time (i.e. be ready to pick it up off the ground (i.e. no Lion King / Circle-of-Life holds while standing over a cliff, on a ship's bow, or riding a roller-coaster...but don't do any of those things anyway!!!)) Use it for what it's best at doing: this hat definitely takes the two prizes 1) for making baby look like a tiny adult, and 2) for maximizing protection from the sun to protect baby from UV...while it's still on the baby's head, at least! If you're looking for a hat with a more balanced visor (shorter and less rigid) that helps protect little eyes while allowing the hat to stay on longer, I highly recommend https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XCY2H1B intead...but still keep baby off roller-coasters :-)

This hat is adorable! I bought it for my 11 month old grandson and it fits perfect. Very soft, and well made. The bill is perfect for keeping the sun out of his eyes. I got red and it's the perfect color red. Like red, white and blue perfect.

This fits well and looks cute on my 1 year old. Unfortunately, he refuses to keep it on his head. We had another hat that he outgrew that he would wear, so I don't know if he just decided he doesn't like hats or if there's something about this hat? I'm guessing it's him and not the hat, so I'll keep trying. Assuming your child won't immediately tear it off his head, I'd recommend that hat, though.
