Received my package today upon opening it there was a few zip ties that had broken come apart, but no damage no missing parts,Assembly was very fast and intuitive upon inspection. This is built very well and very strong. There was absolutely no give whatsoever, the only thing that I would add, which I did was a lot of padding inside between the straps under the red cover then it was very comfortable.

The creeper showed up and it took me a day or so to get around to "assembly". The box was intact however you can tell Amazon beat it up pretty well during transport. Cut the box open on the corners, and then cut the tie wraps holding it all together. That was good. No bent metal pieces to deal with. On the other hand, loose bolts all over the place. 1 of the bolts was missing which was odd since there were no holes in the box. No big deal as I have a well-stocked stainless bolt/washer/nut bins in the shop. The assembly was pretty straightforward.Opened the hood on my F350 and shoved it under the nose, and climbed the ladder. Make sure you lock the wheels, as it will move on you. It did for me. I weigh 250lbs (114kg) however, it seems stable once you get into position. Make sure you have tool and parts trays on hand on the engine area as there isn't any tool storage while in the air. There are cord management hooks for your extension cords however, if you plan on having the creeper mobile while working then I probably wouldn't use them.

Awesome for any full size truck. Wish I had known about these years ago. Would have saved time and ribs.

I am a diesel technician, I already have the topside creeper, so I expected this to be a nice and solid tool tray. What I got was a tool tray that had shipping damage because it was so poorly packaged. But I don't blame UPS at all. This thing is absolute cheap garbage but it certainly wasn't cheap price. The metal is so thin and flimsy I would never trust 110lbs on it. I'd be concerned to put 40 lbs on it. When I say flimsy I mean worse than harbor fright flimsy. This is absolute Chinese garbage. The tool tray does not sit flat or even close to flat and has no adjustment. It's obvious they made this thing as cheaply as possible and the poor quality shows it. Even if I could trust the tray to hold 110lbs, I'd be extremely concerned about the very poorly designed Park pawl that engages the gear which holds the tray up when elevated. You can see how bad the design and quality is by viewing my photos. Even the end of the rivet was very poorly pressed. This thing should never have passed any quality control...but honestly, I don't think they have ANY quality control. The only reason I bought this one over the others is the fact the tray can lift up to 6ft high. I'd really like to return it but I need a tray that can go high and this appears to be the only one. This garbage actually inspires me to build them myself and start selling them. I know I could build one much higher quality than this, sell it for around the same price and make a lot of money. One last thought, the gear park pawl is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The lever is very short and you have to stick your finger under it to disengage it which places your finger directly in the path of the gear teeth. So if you have any weight on the tray and you disengage the pawl, it's very possible your finger is going to be sucked into the gear by the teeth on the gear as the tray comes crashing down. Bad bad bad...

It works well for what I use it for. I work on boats in the shop while they are on trailers, it lifts high enough ( 6ft ) so that i can reach my tools and supplies without needing to exit the boat. It wobbles a little, but never feels like it will tip, the casters lock easily and nicely with a touch of the foot. I added a tool hanger so that the tray itself can be used for oil and rags, etc. A co-worker uses a Snap On lift tray, nice tray but it only lifts to about 4 ft and cost more than double this one cost.

i had to replace a bad injector on my dodge ram 4x4. I did some of the work before buying this creeper and it was a pain (literally) to work on the truck. I alternated between standing on the bumper and leaning over the engine, sitting in the engine bay, laying on the radiator support. None were comfortable and I could only sustain the positions for a short time. I put the job on hold and ordered this creeper and the second half of the job went so much better. The package came in good condition. I ordered from tool topia and they used a freight company to deliver the creeper. The box had a small amount of damage, but nothing seemed missing or damaged once I opened the box. Assembly was easy, I did add a few washers as other reviewers mention and suggest. I assembled the creeper by myself and it was very easy. I do agree as another reviewer mentions that the pins to hold the pad on the top are a pain. the holes don't line up left-to-right, so pin wants to go in at an angle and not line up to the 2nd hole. Since the pin is short, you have less leverage to push the pin sideways to force it to line up to the second hole. I'll probably get a longer pin will allow me to more easily align it to the second hole.I found the hight of the creeper to be perfect for my truck. once i got up there, i had both hands free and had a perfect overhead view of the engine. getting up and down was easy when i had to go get another tool or part to continue the job. Now i am looking forward to doing more maintenance on my truck as this creeper is definitely going to make the jobs much easier. It would be nice if the creeper could be stored upright. If the creeper could stand upright on its own that would be a bonus. The only negative now is the storage of the creeper when not in use but i can live with that.
