They are easy to deal with. Good customer service. They don't charge a restocking fee .Poolin Toolin charges about 80%.I know that from experience.

Hose is working fine now and of good quality.Arrived zip-tied into a "U" Shape, probably to reduce shipping box size.Hose would not straighten so I left in sun and weighted down several days which helped but it still would not maintain the necessary straight form which seriously affected how the pool cleaner worked.I next used a hair dryer to heat until it could straighten out.Works fine now but customer should not have to try to figure out how to make this work as intended.
