They are really cheap and when machined it was not buffed properly and a lot of burr's. But it will get the job done on kids bike but I will be looking and different one from bike store

My 10yr old Niece was gifted an ultra cheap trail bike with the rear brake having a bent lever cable bolt, that fell off. These level pair was almost as inexpensive to purchase than new cable bolts. I'd never installed brakes before but all told these were very straight forward to replace the existing brakes. Plus they were of better quality. That night my Niece's 6yr old brother stepped right in front of her. She jammed on the brakes and skillfully steered around him. She did me proud avoiding a bad accident but also the new brakes work perfectly when they were needed.
