Four simple steps to develop a good habit of dog life
1. Lay the pee pads in a reasonable area in advance
2. Guide the pet to the pee pads when she has excretion reaction
3. If the urine is excreted outside the pee pads, timely instruct to prevent reoccurrence
4. Encourage successful excretion on the pee pads.

They are very small and the pad layers are not attached so they leak.

Not as absorbent or as big a pee pad as we needed for our puppy. We think having to use 2 at a time defeats the purpose of buying 100 puppy pads.
